- Securely connect with your doctor’s office online
- Request medication refills
- Request non-urgent appointments
- Ask non-urgent medical questions
How do I sign up for PxP Portal?
- At your next appointment, provide the front office staff with your personal email address.
- You will receive an emailinvitation to enroll.
- Please do not share your log-on or password so that your information remains private.
