Jacob Folse, M.D., is a board certified, fellowship-trained joint replacement orthopaedic surgeon. Dr. Folse received his bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from Louisiana State University, his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. He completed an internship in Greenville, S.C. and an orthopaedic residency at University of Mississippi Medical Center. He completed his fellowship at Southern Joint Replacement Institute in Nashville, Tenn. Folse is married to Kayla and has two girls, Vivien and Emma.
