Shanna graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology in 2003. She then received her Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2006 followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2013. Shanna comes from an extensive therapy background with experience in orthopedics, geriatrics, and sports injuries. She has adavnced training in the Mckenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), is dry needling certified, and has vast clinical knowledge in orthopedics. Shanna has been working with Southern Bone & Joint Rehabilitation since October 2025.
