  • ASC ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR OF NURSING (Full-time)


    Job Description: The Administrative Director of Nursing is responsible for the day to day operations and reports directly to the CEO of the organization.


    AD direct responsibilities include::

    • Administration and management of the day to day activities of the surgery center
    • Participate in the financial and cost containment decisions
    • Ensures that SSC meets all related local, state, federal, and accrediting-body rules and regulations
    • Serves as Performance Improvement, Infection Control and Risk Manager
    • Responsible for management of all aspects of the environment of care personnel, materials/equipment, education of personnel, and administrative duties Coordinates and directs patient care in SSC according to policies and procedures, state and federal regulations, and accepted accreditation standards Employs, counsels, and terminates SSC staff as needed. Completes or oversees evaluation process for all employees
    • Assists in providing leadership and direction in the administration of operations to ensure compliance with established organizational objectives and the delivery of optimal quality health care services

    Qualifications: A track record of successfully managing the operations of an ASC, or health care entity is essential, as is possession of the leadership skills to guide and motivate members of the staff. A bachelor's or master's degree in nursing and/or healthcare business administration is preferred. ASC experience is required. Prior medical group practice experience and orthopedic group experience would be ideal. Strong leaders with high-level communication, analytical and leadership skills are encouraged to apply.


    Work Schedule: M-F, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hours may vary due to surgery schedule.

  • MEDICAL ASSISTANT (Full-time)


    Job Description: The Medical Assistant will be working closely with the physician assistant to ensure that clinic runs smoothly. The MA will be responsible for calling patients back to the exam rooms, assisting with procedures, scheduling surgeries, returning phone messages and anything else that the physician assistant may need help with.




    Qualifications:


    Qualifications: Must be certified. Must have great computer skills. Would prefer to have someone with at least 2 years of orthopedic experience

    Job Description: The Security Guard works to maintain safe and secure environment for the Clinic, its employees and patients.




    Job Duties:

    • Make regular rounds of the interior and exterior of the Clinic
    • Respond to staff calls for assistance.
    • Complete Incident Report forms
    • Distribute money bags to employees before clinic and take them up at the end of the day
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age
    • Must have a Security Guard Firearms Permit and must have your own firearm
    • Maintenance experience is a plus

    Work Schedule: Schedule may vary. M – F, day and/or evening hours, rotation of Saturdays when needed and possibility of staying overnight when a patient is present.
